This committee forms and consolidates relationships between the chapter and other organizations that are active in Massachusetts. This committee coordinates with the Committee on Public Awareness regarding giving presentations to the above groups, recruiting new members from among those groups, and preparing educational materials. Its purposes are:
- Supporting legislation on light pollution
- Building public awareness on light pollution
- Building our membership
